Music Machine
There are times in life where I feel blessed by an abundance of good music. In the past month or so, I have had this feeling again. Every week I discover one of my favorite artists is coming out with a new album, and I'm discovering new music along the way. Add to that, Interpol is coming to Winnipeg and I am going. I used to dream about going to NYC to see them and now I don't have to.
These are the new releases I've been excited about:
Air - Pocket Symphony
Arcade Fire - Neon Bible
Faithless - To All New Arrivals
Modest Mouse - We Were Dead Before the Ship Sank
Tracey Thorn - Out of the Woods
*And there's a new Bjork album coming out that is rumoured to be an electronic masterpiece!

dave and i are going to see interpol in edmonton - can't wait. i really love them. we're also going to see the police. yeah yeah to music that comes to cities that are not toronto montreal or vancouver.

i am listening to Whistle For The Choir by the Fratellis right now and have also recently been quite fond of the song Starlight by Muse. Does that help? I love Interpol too but only own the second album. I think C'Mere is my favourite but they're all good in their own ways.
